Refund & Exchange Policy

At M.2.O, we are committed to providing premium-quality products and ensuring every customer enjoys a reliable shopping experience. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Refund & Exchange Policy.


Order Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect their order carefully before accepting delivery.

Please verify the following before receiving your order:

  • Product condition.
  • Correct size.
  • Color.
  • Model.
  • Quantity.
  • Any visible manufacturing defects.

If the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or different from the ordered product, the customer has the right to refuse the shipment immediately at the time of delivery without any financial obligation.


Inspection & Acceptance

Acceptance of the shipment confirms that the customer has inspected and approved:

  • The product condition.
  • The selected size.
  • The color.
  • The model.
  • The quantity.
  • The overall appearance of the product.

If the customer chooses not to inspect the order before accepting delivery, M.2.O will not be responsible for complaints regarding size, color, appearance, model, or any visible issue that could have been identified during delivery.

Only hidden manufacturing defects discovered after delivery will be reviewed according to this policy.


Exchange Policy

M.2.O offers exchanges only in the case of selecting the wrong size, subject to the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days from the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, accessories, dust bags, and shoe boxes (if applicable) must be intact.
  • The requested replacement size must be available in stock.
  • Shipping fees for size exchanges are entirely the customer’s responsibility.

Size Exchange Limit

Only ONE size exchange is permitted per order.

Once the replacement item has been delivered and accepted by the customer, no further size exchanges will be accepted, regardless of the reason, unless the replacement item has a verified manufacturing defect.

Customers are solely responsible for confirming that the replacement size is suitable before accepting delivery.


Shoes Exchange Conditions

Shoes must be tried on indoors only.

Any signs of:

  • Outdoor use.
  • Sole wear.
  • Dirt.
  • Scratches.
  • Creases caused by walking.
  • Damage after delivery.

will immediately make the item ineligible for exchange or refund.


Clothing Exchange Conditions

Clothing may only be tried on for fitting purposes.

Items showing any of the following cannot be exchanged or refunded:

  • Perfume odors.
  • Smoke odors.
  • Deodorant marks.
  • Makeup stains.
  • Sweat.
  • Washing.
  • Alterations.
  • Fabric damage.
  • Any sign of use.


Refund Policy

Refunds are accepted only in the following situations:

  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Wrong item delivered.
  • Incorrect product shipped by M.2.O.

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days from receiving the order.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Clear photos or videos must be provided.
  • The product must remain unused and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, accessories, and boxes must be included.

All returned products are subject to inspection before any refund is approved.

Refunds will only be processed after M.2.O receives the returned product and confirms that it meets all policy requirements.


Product Inspection After Return

Every returned product undergoes a quality inspection.

M.2.O reserves the right to reject any exchange or refund request if the returned item shows:

  • Signs of wear.
  • Dirt.
  • Stains.
  • Washing.
  • Alteration.
  • Missing tags.
  • Missing packaging.
  • Missing accessories.
  • Damaged shoe box.
  • Torn packaging.
  • Shoe sole wear.
  • Damage caused after delivery.
  • Any condition indicating that the product is no longer in its original saleable condition.


Shipping Responsibility

For approved size exchanges:

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

For approved refunds or replacements caused by:

  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Incorrect item sent by M.2.O.

M.2.O will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind.
  • Wrong size selected by the customer after completing one size exchange.
  • Any request for a second size exchange.
  • Color preference.
  • Style preference.
  • Products that have been worn.
  • Products that have been washed.
  • Products that have been altered.
  • Products damaged after delivery.
  • Products returned without original tags.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Products returned without accessories.
  • Products showing dirt, stains, perfume, smoke, deodorant, or any signs of use.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Minor color differences caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings.
  • Discounted, promotional, clearance, or final sale items, unless they have a verified manufacturing defect.


How to Request an Exchange or Refund

Please contact M.2.O Customer Support within 3 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos or videos (if applicable).
  • A brief explanation of the issue.

Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.


Final Decision

All exchange and refund requests are subject to product inspection.

M.2.O reserves the full right to approve or reject any exchange or refund request if the returned product does not comply with this policy.

The decision of M.2.O after inspecting the returned product shall be considered final.
