Shipping Policy

At M.2.O, we are committed to delivering your order safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Shipping Policy.


Delivery Areas

We currently offer shipping to all governorates across Egypt.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Cairo & New Cairo: 1–3 business days.
  • Other Governorates: 2–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Orders are only prepared for shipment after all required confirmations and any applicable advance payments have been received.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and will be confirmed during order confirmation.

Any additional shipping fees resulting from incorrect customer information, failed delivery attempts, refused deliveries, or reshipment requests are the customer’s responsibility.


Orders Outside Cairo

For all orders delivered outside Cairo Governorate, M.2.O requires one of the following before shipping:

  • Prepayment of the full round-trip shipping fees (delivery and return), calculated according to the destination governorate and shipping distance.
    OR
  • A 20% advance payment of the total order value for orders containing more than one item.

The applicable option will be determined by M.2.O during order confirmation.

Orders requiring an advance payment will only be processed after payment has been received and confirmed.

M.2.O reserves the right to require an advance payment for any order based on:

  • Delivery location.
  • Order value.
  • Number of items.
  • Previous order history.
  • Any other circumstance deemed necessary by M.2.O.

Any advance payment collected will be deducted from the total order amount upon successful delivery.

If the customer refuses to receive the shipment without a valid reason, the advance payment shall be refundable only after deducting all actual costs incurred by M.2.O, including shipping charges, return shipping charges (if applicable), packaging costs, administrative fees, and any other expenses directly related to processing and shipping the order. Any remaining balance, if applicable, will be refunded to the customer.


Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Delivery address.
  • Phone number.
  • Recipient information.

M.2.O is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, returned shipments, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.


Order Changes & Cancellation

Customers may request changes or cancellation only before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

M.2.O reserves the right to cancel any order before shipment due to:

  • Product unavailability.
  • Pricing or website errors.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Incomplete customer information.
  • Failure to complete any required advance payment.

In such cases, any prepaid amount will be refunded, except for any non-refundable charges that were clearly agreed upon before processing the order.


Refused or Unclaimed Orders

If a customer:

  • Refuses to receive the shipment without a valid reason.
  • Cannot be reached after multiple delivery attempts.
  • Provides incorrect delivery information.
  • Fails to receive the shipment within the courier’s holding period.

M.2.O reserves the right to:

  • Cancel the order.
  • Deduct shipping charges, return shipping charges, packaging costs, administrative fees, and any other actual costs incurred from any prepaid amount.
  • Require full or partial advance payment for future orders.
  • Refuse Cash on Delivery (COD) service for future purchases.

If the customer requests the shipment to be sent again, all new shipping charges must be paid in advance before reshipment.


Delivery Delays

While M.2.O works with trusted courier partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier operations.
  • Weather conditions.
  • Public holidays.
  • Government restrictions.
  • Transportation issues.
  • Force majeure events.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

M.2.O is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier companies or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


Force Majeure

M.2.O shall not be liable for delays or failure to fulfill delivery obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters.
  • Severe weather conditions.
  • Transportation disruptions.
  • Government actions.
  • Strikes.
  • Public holidays.
  • Pandemics.
  • Wars.
  • Technical failures.
  • Any other force majeure events.


Order Inspection

Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect their order before accepting delivery.

Please verify:

  • Product condition.
  • Correct size.
  • Color.
  • Model.
  • Quantity.
  • Visible manufacturing defects.

If the shipment is accepted, it will be considered confirmation that the order has been received in satisfactory condition.

Claims relating to visible damage, incorrect size, color, model, quantity, or appearance will not be accepted after delivery if the customer chose not to inspect the shipment before acceptance.

Only hidden manufacturing defects will be reviewed according to the M.2.O Refund & Exchange Policy.


Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to M.2.O because the customer:

  • Refused delivery.
  • Was unavailable.
  • Provided incorrect information.
  • Failed to receive the shipment.

Any future shipment of the same order will only be processed after the customer pays all applicable shipping charges in advance.


Right to Refuse Service

M.2.O reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or limit any order or service at any time, including but not limited to the following situations:

  • Repeated refusal to accept delivered orders.
  • Abuse or repeated misuse of the Refund & Exchange Policy.
  • Providing false, incomplete, or misleading customer information.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity or unauthorized transactions.
  • Excessive return or exchange requests.
  • Behavior that causes financial loss, operational disruption, or harm to M.2.O or its employees.
  • Failure to comply with any of M.2.O’s Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, or Refund & Exchange Policy.

Any prepaid amounts related to cancelled orders will be refunded after deducting any applicable shipping charges, return shipping charges, packaging costs, administrative fees, or any other actual costs incurred by M.2.O, where applicable.

M.2.O reserves the right to require full or partial advance payment for any future orders or to permanently refuse service where necessary.


Limitation of Liability

M.2.O shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from shipping delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


Acceptance of Shipping Policy

By placing an order with M.2.O, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions contained in this Shipping Policy.
